KEY MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM USING SMARTPHONES

The present invention relates to a key management method and a system using a smartphone which use a smartphone or a computer, and let a user reserve the taking out or bringing in of a key of a key box in advance, and pass through an authentication process using the smartphone or a staff ID to take out and bring in the key. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of reserving the taking out or bringing in of the key, wherein a smartphone (10) accesses a key management server (20) and registers an NFC tag value of the smartphone (10), user information including an image of the user, the number of the key to be taken out, purpose of use, and time for reservation; a step of transmitting an authentication number, wherein the key management server (20) receives an authentication for taking out the key of the user from a manager terminal (30) and transmits the authentication number to the smartphone (10); a step of acquiring user information, wherein the key box (40) acquires the image of the user, the NFC tag value, and the authentication number of the smartphone (10) of the user and transmits the image of the user, the NFC tag value, and the authentication number of the smartphone (10) of the user to the key management server (20); a step of authenticating the user, wherein the key management server (20) compares the image and the authentication number of the user transmitted by the key box (40) with an image of the user previously registered and an authentication number created when the NFC tag value of the smartphone (10) of the user was reserved, and authenticates the user; and a step of taking out the key by receiving an order of the key management server (20) according to the result of authentication of the user at the key management server (20), releasing a door locking device (43) of the box (40) and a key locking device (42) corresponding to the key of the number demanded by the user, and taking out the key.

본 발명은 스마트폰이나 컴퓨터 등을 이용하여 키 박스의 키의 반출 및 반입을 사전에 예약하고, 스마트폰이나 사원증을 이용한 인증과정을 거쳐 키를 반출 및 반입할 수 있도록 하는 스마트폰을 이용한 키 관리방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 스마트폰(10)이 키 관리 서버(20)에 접속하여 해당 스마트폰(10)의 NFC 태그값과 함께 사용자의 화상 이미지를 포함하는 사용자 정보, 반출하고자 하는 키 번호, 사용목적, 예약시간을 등록하는 키 입출 예약단계와, 키 관리 서버(20)가 관리자 단말기(30)로부터 사용자의 키 반출을 인증받아 스마트폰(10)에 인증번호를 전송하는 인증번호 전송단계와, 키 박스(40)가 사용자의 화상 이미지와 사용자의 스마트폰(10)의 NFC 태그값 및 인증번호를 취득하여 키 관리 서버(20)에 전송하는 사용자 정보 취득단계와, 키 관리 서버(20)가 키 박스(40)로부터 전송되는 사용자의 화상 이미지와 인증번호를, 사전에 등록된 사용자의 화상 이미지와 해당 사용자의 스마트폰(10)의 NFC 태그값 예약시 생성된 인증번호를 대비하여 사용자를 인증하는 사용자 인증단계 및 키 관리 서버(20)에서의 사용자 인증결과에 따라 키 관리 서버(20)의 지시를 받아 상기 박스(40)의 도어 록킹장치(43)와 사용자가 요구한 번호의 키에 대응하는 키 록킹장치(42)를 해정시켜 키를 반출하는 키 반출단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
