The present invention is to provide a soundproof panel and a method to construct a soundproof wall using the same capable of coupling main bodies and sound absorption members without additional coupling members, manufacturing the main bodies using an extrusion process, and easily constructing soundproof walls. The soundproof panel comprises: a main body having restriction groove parts symmetrically facing each other in the top and the bottom part, a support part to support the restriction groove parts, and stepped parts formed between the restriction groove parts and the support part; sealing members mounted on the stepped parts to be interposed between a plurality of main bodies when the main bodies are piled up; and sound absorption members inserted in the restriction groove parts. The main bodies are formed of an aluminum material and are manufactured by the extrusion process.
본 발명은, 상단부 및 하단부에 서로 대향되며 대칭을 이루도록 구속홈부가 형성되고 상기 구속홈부를 지지하는 지지부가 형성되며 상기 구속홈부와 상기 지지부 사이에 단차부가 형성되는 본체; 복수 개의 상기 본체가 적층될 때에 상기 본체들 사이에 개재되도록 상기 단차부에 안착되는 실링부재; 및 상기 구속홈부에 삽입되는 흡음부재를 포함하고, 상기 본체는 알루미늄재질을 포함하여 이루어지고 압출공정에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
