The present invention relates to a gasket for a soundproof panel to guide brine, rainwater, and moisture flowing down in a space between front and rear panels to flow in the slope at the bottom of the rear panel without stagnating at the bottom where the front and rear panels are joined together. The gasket for a soundproof panel includes a blocking and drainage guiding part made of a block and provided in the longitudinal direction of the bottom where the front and rear panels of a soundproof panel come in contact with each other to be joined, wherein one side of the blocking and drainage guiding part adheres to the vertical side of the front panel and the other side of the blocking and drainage guiding part adheres to the horizontal side of the rear panel by the bottom to maintain the airtightness. Therefore, the gasket for a soundproof panel prevents the front bottom of the soundproof panel from being corroded, thereby improving the durability and corrosion resistance of the soundproof panel, extending the service life of the soundproof panel, and preventing the soundproof panel from being contaminated by rust due to corrosion.
본 발명은 방음판용 개스킷에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 전면판과 후면판이 결합되는 하단의 면접되는 부분에 마련되어, 전면판과 후면판 사이로 염수(염화칼슘이 용해된 물)ㆍ우수(빗물)ㆍ습기 등이 흘러내리는 것을 후면판 하부 경사면으로 유도하여, 전면판과 후면판이 결합되는 하단 부분에 정체되는 것을 방지하는 방음판용 개스킷에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 방음판의 전면판과 후면판이 접하면서 결합되는 하단의 길이 방향을 따라 마련되는 것으로, 일측은 상기 전면판의 수직 방향의 면에 밀착되고, 타측 하부는 후면판의 수평 방향의 면에 밀착되면서 기밀을 유지시키되, 타측 상부는 전면판에서부터 후면판 방향으로 가면서 하향 경사져서 상방에서 흘러내리는 염수ㆍ우수ㆍ습기가 전면판과 후면판이 결합되는 부분으로 유입되는 것을 차단함과 동시에, 후면판(12)의 후방 또는 일 측면 부분으로 유도하는 블록체로 이루어진 차단 및 배수유도부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 방음판의 전면판과 후면판이 결합되는 하단 부분에 물이 고일 수 있는 부분이 형성되는 것을 배제시킴은 물론, 흘러내리는 물을 후면판의 후방 또는 일 측면 부분으로 유도함으로써, 동절기 차도에 뿌려지는 염화칼슘이 녹아든 염수가 튀어서 스며들거나 빗물이 스며들거나 온도차에 의해 발생된 이슬이 방음판 내부에서 흘러내려, 방음판 전면 하단의 절곡된 부분에 정체되는 것을 방지하고, 이를 통해 해당 부분의 부식이 급속도로 진행되는 것을 방지하는 효과를 얻는다. 또한, 본 발명은 이를 통해 방음판의 전면 하단 부분이 부식되는 것을 방지함으로써, 방음판의 전면판과 후면판의 결합 구조가 와해되는 것을 방지하여 방음판의 내구성 내지 내부식성을 향상시키고, 이를 통해 방음판의 수명을 연장시키며, 부식에 의해 방음판이 녹물로 오염되는 것을 방지하는 효과를 얻는다.
