NON-WELDED TRUSS WINGS BEAM FOR PANEL MOUNTING
The present invention relates to a non-welded wing beam truss for panel installation and, more specifically, to a non-welded wing beam truss for panel installation capable of fixing wing beams on wings protruding from both sides of a slab (Wall) of a building using wedge anchors, installing insulation materials between the wing beams, and then finishing designated panels, collar steel sheets, boards, gypsum boards, and like in bolt coupling grooves of protrusion members using rectangular pipe angles without welding. According to the present invention, the non-welded wing beam truss to install insulation materials (52) and designated panels (52) in front of a wall (50) comprises: wing beams (10) having a wing (14) vertically fixed in front of the wall (50) at a constant interval using wedge anchors (51) and bolt coupling grooves (13, 13a, 13b) formed on the front surface and both side surfaces of the protrusion members (11); insulation materials (52) installed between the wing beams (10) at the same height as the protrusion members (11) and finished on the wings (14) and the protrusion members (11) using adhesives; rectangular pipe angles (30) to fix a horizontal rectangular pipe (40) with fixing screws (35) by forming a bolt slot (32) to be fixed on one among the bolt coupling grooves (13, 13a, 13b) of the wing beams (10) by a spring T-bolt (45) and a nut (47) and pipe fixing holes (34) in the upper and lower parts; and the horizontal rectangular pipe (40) horizontally fixed in the rectangular pipe angles (30) and fixing the designated panels (42) in front thereof using pieces (43).
본 발명은 판넬 설치를 위한 무용접 날개빔 트러스에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물의 슬라브(벽체) 양쪽에 돌출된 날개에서 웨지앙카를 사용하여 날개빔을 고정시킨 후 날개빔의 사이에서 단열재를 설치하고 돌출부재의 볼트 체결홈에서 각관앵글을 이용하여 지정판넬, 칼라강판, 보드, 석고보드 등을 무용접으로 마감하는 판넬 설치를 위한 무용접 날개빔 트러스에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 벽체(50)의 전방으로 단열재(52)와 지정판넬(53)을 설치하는 무용접 날개빔 트러스에 있어서, 상기 벽체(50)의 전방에서 세로 방향으로 일정한 간격에 웨지앙카(51)로 고정되는 날개(14)를 형성하며 돌출부재(11)의 전방과 양 측면에 형성한 볼트 체결홈(13, 13a, 13b)으로 이루어진 날개빔(10)과; 상기 날개빔(10) 사이에 돌출부재(11)와 같은 높이로 설치하며 날개(14)와 돌출부재(11)에서 접착제로 마감 시공되는 단열재(52)와; 상기 날개빔(10)의 볼트 체결홈(13, 13a, 13b) 중 어느 한곳에 스프링 티볼트(45)와 너트(47)로 고정하는 볼트장공(32)을 형성하고, 상측과 하측에 파이프 고정홀(34)을 형성하여 가로 각 파이프(40)를 고정스크류(35)로 고정하는 각관앵글(30)와; 상기 각관앵글(30)에서 가로 방향으로 고정되며 전방에 지정판넬(42)을 피스(43)로 고정하는 가로 각 파이프(40)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
