GROUT FILLER AND GROUTING METHOD USING THE GROUT FILLER

The present invention relates to a grout filler and a grouting method using the same and, more specifically, to a two-component grout filler, which has a solution A with cement, water and curing agents and a solution B with an expression agent for expressing initial strength, water and a curing promoting agent, and accordingly has a plasticizing phase when starting construction, and to a grouting method using the same. The present invention relates to a grout filler, which has initial strength and durability while exhibiting stable tendency in strength properties after being used for destroying initial gel, has a low volume reduction ratio due to not performing drying and atmospheric curing, maintains high compression strength, and has excellent economic feasibility, and to a grouting method using the same.

본 발명은 그라우트 충진재 및 이를 이용한 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 이액성 그라우트로서 A액은 시멘트, 물 및 경화보조제로 구성되고, B액은 초기강도 발현제, 물 및 경화촉진제로 구성되어 시공시 가소상을 가지는 그라우트 충진재 및 이를 이용한 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 조기강도 발현 및 내구성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 초기겔 파괴에 따른 강도특성에도 안정적인 경향을 나타내며 기중양생과 건조를 하지 않아 체적 감소율이 낮으며, 높은 압축강도를 유지하고 경제성이 좋은 그라우트 충진재 및 이를 이용한 그라우팅 공법을 제공할 수 있다.
