BUILDING METHOD OF STRUCTURE OF THE WOODEN BEAMS
The present invention provides a method to construct a wooden beam structure comprising: a step of preparing a pair of beams formed of wood; a step of preparing a pair of walls positioned in both ends of the pair of beams while being separated from each other and fixing units fixed on each wall while protruding from the top of each wall; a step of fixing the pair of beams by interposing a pair of connection parts coupled to the fixing units to fix both ends of the pair of beams on each wall between the pair of beams; and a step of coupling the pair of connection parts to the fixing units. The method to construct a wooden beam structure can stably couple the pair of beams formed of the wood to the walls or columns formed of concrete or blocks. Also, the present invention can conveniently machine and assemble the wooden beams, can reduce construction period, and can reduce construction costs as the method does not need an additional finishing material because of the beautiful appearance of the wood.
본 발명은, 목재로 만들어진 한 쌍의 빔을 준비하는 단계, 한 쌍의 빔의 양단이 위치하는 서로 이격된 한 쌍의 벽체와, 각 벽체의 상면으로 각각 돌출되도록 각 벽체에 각각 고정 결합된 고정수단을 준비하는 단계, 고정수단에 결속되어 한 쌍의 빔의 양단을 각 벽체에 각각 고정시키는 한 쌍의 연결부를 한 쌍의 빔 사이에 개재하여 한 쌍의 빔에 각각 고정 결합하는 단계, 한 쌍의 연결부를 고정수단에 결속시키는 단계를 포함하는 목재 보 구조체 시공방법을 제공한다. 이와 같은, 목재 보 구조체 시공방법은, 목재로 만들어진 한 쌍의 빔을 콘크리트 또는 블록으로 만들어진 벽체 또는 기둥에 안정적으로 결합시킬 수 있다. 또한, 목재 보를 간단하게 가공 조립할 수 있고, 이로 인하여 공기를 단축시킬 수 있으며, 목재 자체의 미적 외관으로 인해 별도의 마감이 필요하지 않아 건축비가 절감된다.
