CONCRETE POLE WITH MOLDED DEVICES USING CENTRIFUGAL FORCE TO REPLACE THE INNER MOLD ROAD FACILITIES CONCRETE POLE
The present invention relates to a concrete pole mold device formed by using the concrete material and a road facility concrete pole formed by using the same. A conventional mold device for forming a concrete pole has no separate forming part to decorate an outer circumference of a concrete pole or to give a function thereto so that the conventional mold device can provide only simple shape of the concrete pole. Although a protective cover formed by a separate metal plate is installed on a conventional pole in order to prevent a shape or an extraneous matter from being formed or attached according to a demand of a customer or a local government, manufacturing costs, installation costs, and maintenance costs of the protective cover are increased, and sense of difference without unification was obtained because metal is attached to concrete material. The present invention provides the concrete pole mold device, which uses centrifugal force and includes an inner mold to be replaced and the road facility concrete pole, which is formed by using the same and has a decorative and functional part formed on an outer circumference thereof. The inner mold has a decorative and functional forming part with various shapes formed on an inner circumference thereof and is positioned inside an outer mold included in the mold device in such a manner that the inner mold is easily and rapidly detached. When the outer mold and inner mold are assembled to be produced, the outer mold and the inner mold are automatically coupled due to centrifugal forming force, thereby reducing assembling time. Also, the concrete pole has the outer circumference integrally formed with a shape suggested by a customer or at an installation site, and the only inner mold may be replaced. Therefore, the concrete pole with a different shape may be easily formed.
본 발명은 콘크리트 재질로 성형되는 콘크리트 지주 몰드장치와 그 장치를 이용하여 성형되는 도로시설물용 콘크리트 지주에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 콘크리트 지주를 성형하는 몰드장치는 콘크리트 지주의 외주연을 장식하거나 또는 기능성을 부여하는 성형부가 별도로 구성되지 않아 밋밋하고 단순한 지주를 제공할 수밖에 없었으며, 이러한 종래의 지주에 수요자 또는 지자체가 요구하는 형태 또는 부착물의 부착을 방지하도록 별도의 금속판으로 이루어진 보호커버를 설치하였으나, 그 보호커버의 제조비용 및 설치비용 그리고 유지보수 비용이 증가하는 문제점과 더불어 콘크리트 재질에 금속의 재질이 부착됨으로써, 통일성 없는 이질감이 감득되는 문제점이 있었던 바, 본 발명은 몰드장치를 구성하는 아웃몰드 내부에 다양한 형태의 장식 겸 기능성형부가 내주연에 형성된 이너몰드를 신속하고 간편하게 탈착가능하게 구성시켜, 아웃몰드와 이너몰드를 조립 생산할 경우 원심성형력에 의해 자동으로 체결시켜 조립시간을 단축하고, 또한 수요자 또는 설치장소에서 제시하는 형태를 콘크리트 지주의 외주연에 일체로 성형하며, 이너몰드 만을 교체가능함으로써, 다른 형태의 콘크리트지주의 성형이 용이한 이너몰드가 구비된 원심력을 이용한 콘크리트 지주 몰드장치와 그를 이용한 외주연에 장식 겸 기능부가 형성된 도로시설물용 콘크리트 지주를 제공하는 것이다.
