PILLAR STRUCTURE FOR PREFABRICATED PAVILION
The present invention relates to an assembly-type pergola pillar structure, and more specifically, to an assembly-type pergola pillar structure which comprises a support unit formed from a metallic material to maintain strength and a wooden cover mounted on the support unit and exposed to the outside, and wherein the support unit formed from the metallic material is not exposed to the outside, and the support unit and the wooden cover are firmly fixed on each other by a mounting means to maintain strength and give an eco-friendly look. The assembly-type pergola pillar structure according to the present invention comprises: a support unit formed from a hollow metal pipe; a wooden cover disposed outside the support unit; and a mounting means to mount the support unit and the wooden cover on each other. The mounting means is fixed on the outer surface of the support unit, and a pair of protrusion units are formed on the outer surface in a longitudinal direction and separated from each other. The protrusion unit comprises a first mounting member formed on one surface thereof and provided with a first mounting protrusion formed thereon in a sawtooth shape and a second mounting member fixed on an inner surface of the wooden cover and provided with a second mounting protrusion engaged with and mounted on the first mounting protrusion formed on the first mounting member.
본 발명은 조립식 파고라 기둥 구조체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 강도를 유지하기 위하여 금속재로 형성한 지지구와 상기 지지구에 결합되어 외부로 노출되는 목재커버이 구비되어 금속재로 이루어진 지지구가 외부로 노출되지 않고, 상기 지지구와 목재커버은 결합수단에 의해 견고하게 고정되어 강도를 유지하면서도 주위 환경과 더불어 친환경적인 느낌을 줄 수 있는 조립식 파고라 기둥 구조체에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 중공의 금속관체로 형성된 지지구와, 상기 지지구의 외측에 배치되는 목재커버와, 상기 지지구와 목재커버를 상호 결합하는 결합수단을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 결합수단은, 상기 지지구의 외측 표면에 고정 결합되고, 외측 표면에는 길이 방향으로 한쌍의 돌출부가 일정 간격 이격되어 연장 형성되며, 상기 돌출부의 일면에 톱니형상의 제1결합돌기가 형성된 제1결합부재와, 상기 목재커버의 내측면에 고정 결합되고, 상기 제1결합부재의 돌출부에 형성된 제1결합돌기와 맞물려 결합되는 제2결합돌기가 형성된 제2결합부재를 포함하여 이루어진다.

본 발명은 조립식 파고라 기둥 구조체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 강도를 유지하기 위하여 금속재로 형성한 지지구와 상기 지지구에 결합되어 외부로 노출되는 목재커버이 구비되어 금속재로 이루어진 지지구가 외부로 노출되지 않고, 상기 지지구와 목재커버은 결합수단에 의해 견고하게 고정되어 강도를 유지하면서도 주위 환경과 더불어 친환경적인 느낌을 줄 수 있는 조립식 파고라 기둥 구조체에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 중공의 금속관체로 형성된 지지구와, 상기 지지구의 외측에 배치되는 목재커버와, 상기 지지구와 목재커버를 상호 결합하는 결합수단을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 결합수단은, 상기 지지구의 외측 표면에 고정 결합되고, 외측 표면에는 길이 방향으로 한쌍의 돌출부가 일정 간격 이격되어 연장 형성되며, 상기 돌출부의 일면에 톱니형상의 제1결합돌기가 형성된 제1결합부재와, 상기 목재커버의 내측면에 고정 결합되고, 상기 제1결합부재의 돌출부에 형성된 제1결합돌기와 맞물려 결합되는 제2결합돌기가 형성된 제2결합부재를 포함하여 이루어진다.
