The present invention provides a device for clearing a blockage in a pipe capable of efficiently clearing a blockage in a pipe. The device for clearing a blockage in a pipe according to the present invention comprises: a cylinder (10) which compresses air by pumping and has an exit hole (14) through which compressed air is discharged; a piston (22); an inflatable balloon (B) installed on the exit hole to inflate by the pumped, compressed air; and a one-way air valve (30) installed on the exit hole (14) to supply the air compressed by a pumping means to the inflatable balloon (B) and block an air flow in a reverse direction. The inflatable balloon (B) which inflates by the cylinder and the piston inflates into an entrance (40) of a clogged pipe to make the entrance airtight. A blockage in the pipe is cleared by a pressure from an inflation of the inflatable balloon by the compressed air and an external impact from shaking of a pumping mechanism (10, 22).
본 발명은 배관 내부의 막힘을 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 배관의 막힘 처리장치를 제공하고자 한다. 본 발명의 막힘 처리장치는, 펌핑에 의하여 공기를 압축시킬 수 있고, 압축된 공기가 배출되는 출구(14)를 구비하는 실린더(10)와 피스톤(22)과, 상기 출구에 연속하여 설치되어 펌핑된 압축공기에 의하여 팽창하는 인플랫터블 벌룬(B); 그리고 출구(14)에 설치되어, 상기 펌핑수단에 의하여 압축된 공기를 인플랫터블 벌룬으로 공급하고, 역방향으로의 공기 흐름이 차단되는 원웨이 에어밸브(30)를 포함하고 있다. 실린더 및 피스톤에 의하여 팽창하는 인플랫터블 벌룬(B)은 막혀 있는 배관의 입구부분(40) 내부로 팽창하여 배관의 입구부분을 기밀상태로 하며, 압축된 공기에 의한 인플랫터블 벌룬의 팽창에 의한 압력과 상기 펌핑기구(10,22)의 요동에 의한 외부 충격에 의하여 배관 내부의 막힘을 해소하게 된다.
