CHECKING DEVICE FOR SAFETY OF BRIDGE STRUCTURE
According to the present invention, a safety inspection device for bridge structures includes: a support block wherein a plurality of rotatable leg parts is installed to stand upright on the ground; a sensing part which is extended from an elevation shaft to the top and comes in contact with the bottom of a bridge to measure the displacement point of the bridge; an elevation operation part including a support plate, a driving gear, a driven gear, a cover member, and a lever member; an elevation maintenance part including a case, a lock gear, a second elastic member, and an operation lever; an unlocking part including an unlocking hole part, a hinge part, and a hook member; and an elastic support part which supports the hook member to be moved in order to move the hook member when the unlocking hole part is engaged with or separated from the hook member.
본 발명은, 지면에 직립될 수 있도록 복수 개의 다리부가 회전 가능하게 설치되고 승강축이 승강 가능하게 삽입되는 지지블록; 상기 승강축으로부터 상측으로 연장되게 설치되고 교량의 저면에 접촉되어 교량의 지점변위를 측정하는 센싱부; 상기 지지블록에 지지되고 결합부에 의해 제1패널 및 제2패널이 결합되어 이루어지는 지지플레이트와, 상기 제1패널에 구비되는 고정블록에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 주동기어와, 상기 지지플레이트에 설치되고 상기 승강축과 볼트결합되는 종동기어와, 상기 지지플레이트에 착탈부에 의해 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 커버부재와, 상기 주동기어의 주동축에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 레버부재로 이루어지는 승강조작부; 상기 커버부재에 설치되는 케이스와, 상기 케이스와 상기 커버부재를 관통하여 출몰 가능하게 설치되는 다각형의 축에 설치되고 상기 종동기어에 기어연결되는 구속기어와, 상기 축에 형성되는 걸림돌기와 상기 커버부재 사이의 개재되는 제2탄성부재와, 상기 축의 외측 단부에 형성되는 조작레버로 이루어지는 승강상태유지부; 상기 조작레버의 외측 단부에 형성되는 해제홀부와, 상기 조작레버의 중앙부에 형성되어 상기 조작레버의 외측부를 회전 가능하게 연결하는 힌지부와, 상기 커버부재에 구비되고 상기 해제홀부가 걸림결합되는 후크부재로 이루어지는 잠금해제부; 및 상기 후크부재를 유동 가능하게 지지하여 상기 해제홀부가 상기 후크부재에 걸림결합시키거나 상기 해제홀부를 상기 후크부재로부터 분리시킬 때에 상기 후크부재를 유동시킬 수 있도록 하는 탄력지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

According to the present invention, a safety inspection device for bridge structures includes: a support block wherein a plurality of rotatable leg parts is installed to stand upright on the ground; a sensing part which is extended from an elevation shaft to the top and comes in contact with the bottom of a bridge to measure the displacement point of the bridge; an elevation operation part including a support plate, a driving gear, a driven gear, a cover member, and a lever member; an elevation maintenance part including a case, a lock gear, a second elastic member, and an operation lever; an unlocking part including an unlocking hole part, a hinge part, and a hook member; and an elastic support part which supports the hook member to be moved in order to move the hook member when the unlocking hole part is engaged with or separated from the hook member.
본 발명은, 지면에 직립될 수 있도록 복수 개의 다리부가 회전 가능하게 설치되고 승강축이 승강 가능하게 삽입되는 지지블록; 상기 승강축으로부터 상측으로 연장되게 설치되고 교량의 저면에 접촉되어 교량의 지점변위를 측정하는 센싱부; 상기 지지블록에 지지되고 결합부에 의해 제1패널 및 제2패널이 결합되어 이루어지는 지지플레이트와, 상기 제1패널에 구비되는 고정블록에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 주동기어와, 상기 지지플레이트에 설치되고 상기 승강축과 볼트결합되는 종동기어와, 상기 지지플레이트에 착탈부에 의해 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 커버부재와, 상기 주동기어의 주동축에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 레버부재로 이루어지는 승강조작부; 상기 커버부재에 설치되는 케이스와, 상기 케이스와 상기 커버부재를 관통하여 출몰 가능하게 설치되는 다각형의 축에 설치되고 상기 종동기어에 기어연결되는 구속기어와, 상기 축에 형성되는 걸림돌기와 상기 커버부재 사이의 개재되는 제2탄성부재와, 상기 축의 외측 단부에 형성되는 조작레버로 이루어지는 승강상태유지부; 상기 조작레버의 외측 단부에 형성되는 해제홀부와, 상기 조작레버의 중앙부에 형성되어 상기 조작레버의 외측부를 회전 가능하게 연결하는 힌지부와, 상기 커버부재에 구비되고 상기 해제홀부가 걸림결합되는 후크부재로 이루어지는 잠금해제부; 및 상기 후크부재를 유동 가능하게 지지하여 상기 해제홀부가 상기 후크부재에 걸림결합시키거나 상기 해제홀부를 상기 후크부재로부터 분리시킬 때에 상기 후크부재를 유동시킬 수 있도록 하는 탄력지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
