A WATERPROOF AND PREVENTING DUST INTRUSION TYPE EXPANSION JOINT AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD OF EXPANSION JOINT
The present invention relates to a waterproof and foreign substance inflow prevention expansion joint which prevents the inflow of foreign substances and has improved waterproof properties and an expansion joint construction method using the same. The waterproof and foreign substance inflow prevention expansion joint includes: a first vertical plate extended downward from a first finger plate; a first expansion joint part made up by a sliding plate spaced apart from the bottom of the first finger plate; a second expansion joint part made up by a second vertical plate extended downward from a second finger plate, a foreign substance blocking plate placed below the second finger plate to block the inflow of foreign substances, and a guide plate spaced apart from the bottom of the foreign substance blocking plate; and a waterproof member joined to the side of the sliding plate in the first expansion joint part to prevent the inflow of water. Therefore, the present invention provides the waterproof and foreign substance inflow prevention expansion joint to interrupt the flow of running water and to have improved waterproof properties and the expansion joint construction method using the same.
본 발명은 이물질 유입을 차단하면서 방수성을 향상시킨 방수 및 이물질 유입 방지형 신축이음장치 및 이를 이용한 신축이음장치 시공공법에 관한 것으로, 제1 핑거를 포함한 제1 핑거 플레이트에서 하향 연장되는 제1 수직 플레이트가 구성되고, 상기 제1 핑거 플레이트에서 하측 방향으로 이격되어 형성되는 슬라이딩 플레이트로 구성되는 제1 신축이음부와; 상기 제1 신축이음부와 대칭되게 배치되며, 상측으로 제2 핑거를 포함한 제2 핑거 플레이트에서 하향 연장되는 제2 수직 플레이트가 구성되고, 상기 제2 핑거 플레이트 하부에 형성되어 이물질 유입을 차단하기 위한 이물질 차단 플레이트 및 이물질 차단 플레이트에서 하측 방향으로 이격되어 형성되는 가이드 플레이트로 이루어진 제2 신축이음부와; 상기 제1 신축이음부에 형성된 슬라이딩 플레이트의 측면에 결합하여 물의 유입을 방지하기 위한 방수부재;로 구성되어 있어, 제1, 2 신축이음부 사이로 유입될 수 있는 이물질을 제2 신축이음부의 제1 핑거 플레이트와 맞닿도록 형성한 이물질 차단 플레이트에 의해 차단하여 콘크리트 구조물 및 시설물을 보호할 수 있고, 제1, 2 신축이음부에 다수의 플레이트를 형성한 상태에서 제2 신축이음부의 제2 이격부에서 움직이는 제1 신축이음부의 슬라이딩 플레이트 측면에 방수부재를 형성하여, 유수의 흐름을 방해하면서 방수성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 배수부의 배수판을 다수의 주름이 형성된 형태로 형성하여 신축작용 및 어느 한곳에서의 집중하중이 발생하는 현상을 방지해 파손을 줄일 수 있는 방수 및 이물질 유입 방지형 신축이음장치 및 이를 이용한 신축이음장치 시공공법을 제공한다.
