FLOW CONTROL DEVICE FOR INTERCEPTING FACILITY

The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling flow, which is equipped in an intercepting facility, comprising: a valve main body wherein a flow path is formed in the lower part of a body; a gate combined with the valve main body to open and close the flow path; an air cylinder mounted on the valve main body and combined with the gate to lift the gate by compressed air; a weight installed in the valve main body and connected to the gate to offset vertical load due to weight of the gate; and a remote driving part installed outside the valve main body and having a cable winding part to remotely drive, and to open and close the gate. The present invention has effects of minimizing capacity of an air cylinder; smoothly opening and closing a gate manually at a predetermined distance away; precisely controlling the opening amount of an apparatus for controlling flow by checking the opening and closing amount of a gate when the gate is manually operated; reducing opening and closing load of a gate by removing negative pressure applied to the gate; and preventing opening and closing defects of a gate as a gap between a gate and a valve main body is not filled with foreign substances.

본 발명은 차집시설에 구비되는 유량조절장치에 있어서, 몸체의 하부에 유로가 형성되는 밸브본체와 밸브본체에 결합되어 상기 유로를 개폐하는 게이트와 밸브본체에 장착되고 게이트와 결합되어 압축공기에 의해 게이트를 승강시키는 에어실린더와 밸브본체에 설치되고 게이트와 연결되어 게이트 중량에 의한 수직하중을 상쇄시키는 웨이트와 밸브본체의 외부에 설치되며 게이트를 원격 구동하여 개폐하는 케이블 권취부가 구비되는 원격구동부를 포함하여 형성하는 차집시설 유량조절장치로서, 에어실린더의 용량을 최소화하고, 일정거리 이격된 곳에서 수동으로 게이트를 원활하게 개폐시킬 수 있으며, 게이트 수동작동시 게이트의 개폐량을 확인하여 유량조절장치의 개도량을 정밀하게 조절할 수 있고, 게이트에 작용하는 부압을 해소하여 게이트 개폐부하를 감소시키며, 게이트와 밸브본체 사이에 이물질이 워지지 않아 게이트 개폐불량을 방지하는 효과가 발생되는 차집시설 유량조절장치이다.
