The present invention relates to a balcony structure for an apartment building which can be freely folded and unfolded by a resident. The balcony structure for an apartment building according to the present invention comprises a support panel (20). The resident can drive a rotary mechanism to unfold the support panel (20) to protrude from an outer wall (1) to the outside, or fold the support panel (20) to stand upright. Accordingly, a legal problem of limiting the surface area of a balcony can be resolved, and the balcony structure for an apartment building can be folded to stand upright when not in use to prevent an outsider from trespassing.
본 발명은 거주자가 자유롭게 접거나 펼 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 공동주택용 발코니 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 공동주택용 발코니 구조는 거주자가 회동기구를 구동시켜, 지지패널(20)이 외벽(1)의 외측으로 돌출되도록 펴거나, 수직으로 세워지도록 하여 접을 수 있다. 따라서, 발코니의 면적을 제한하는 법적인 문제점을 해결할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 사용하지 않을 때는 수직으로 세워지도록 접어서 외부인의 침입 문제를 해결할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 발명은 거주자가 자유롭게 접거나 펼 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 공동주택용 발코니 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 공동주택용 발코니 구조는 거주자가 회동기구를 구동시켜, 지지패널(20)이 외벽(1)의 외측으로 돌출되도록 펴거나, 수직으로 세워지도록 하여 접을 수 있다. 따라서, 발코니의 면적을 제한하는 법적인 문제점을 해결할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 사용하지 않을 때는 수직으로 세워지도록 접어서 외부인의 침입 문제를 해결할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
