The present invention relates to a hinge capable of preventing users from jamming their fingers between a door and a door frame. According to the present invention, the hinge (10) having a door frame hinge piece (12) and a door hinge piece (13) rotated on a hinge shaft (11) comprises: a hide groove part (20) longitudinally arranged on the door frame hinge piece (12); a rotation support unit (31) arranged in the hide groove part (20) to be rotated; a draw-out rod (33) connected to the top of the rotation support unit (31) by a hinge shaft (32) to be bent as a turning motion; a long support rod (35) connected to the top of the draw-out rod (33) by a hinge shaft (34) to be bent as a turning motion; and a closure prevention unit (30) having a hook (37) connected to the top of the bracket rod (35) by a hinge shaft (36) to be bent as a turning motion. The door hinge piece (13) has a plurality of holders (40) protruding at positions separated from the rotation support unit (11) at a different straight distance and on which the hooks (37) are held. The door (2) is not closed by drawing the support rod (35) out from the hide groove part (20) and then holding the support rod on the holders (40).
본 발명은 도어와 문틀 사이에 손가락 끼임이 방지되게 하는 경첩에 관한 것이다.따라서, 본 발명은 힌지축(11)을 중심으로 문틀경첩편(12)과 도어경첩편(13)이 회동 되는 경첩(10)에 있어서, 상기 문틀경첩편(12)에 길이방향으로 구비되는 은폐홈부(20)와, 상기 은폐홈부(20)에서 회동되게 구비되는 회전지지구(31)와, 상기 회전지지구(31) 상단부에 힌지축(32)으로 연결되어 절곡 되게 회동운동을 하는 인출로드(33)와, 상기 인출로드(33) 상단부에 힌지축(34)으로 연결되어 절곡되게 회동운동을 하는 기다란 형태의 버팀로드(35)와, 상기 버팀로드(35) 상단부에 힌지축(36)으로 연결되어 절곡되게 회동운동을 하는 훅크(37)를 갖는 닫힘방지수단(30)을 포함하고, 상기 도어경첩편(13)에는 회전지지구(31)로부터 직선거리가 각각 다른 위치에 돌출되게 구비되고 훅크(37)가 걸림되는 다수의 걸림구(40)를 갖도록 구성되게 이루어진 것으로서, 상기 은폐홈부(20)로부터 버팀로드(35)를 인출시켜 걸림구(40)에 걸림되도록 하여 도어(2)가 닫혀 지지 않도록 구성되게 이루어진 것이다.
