Disclosed is an apparatus for automatic opening and shutting of windows and doors, which can be easily attached to or detached from windows and doors, and can rotate a driving arm through a motor to which power is supplied to open and close windows and doors, and regulate a driving arm by controlling a distance by which a solenoid shaft moves so that the distance between a driving arm and windows or doors can be adjusted for windows or doors to be opened/closed while adhesive force is maximized. The apparatus for automatic opening and shutting of windows and doors may comprise: a fixing member (100) which comprises a fixing unit body (110) and a pair of first brackets (120); a power transmission member (200) which comprises a base (210) hinge-coupled to the pair of first brackets (120), a protective cover (220) and a motor (230) arranged within the protective cover (220); and a driving member (300) which comprises a driving unit base (310), a bearing (320), a driving roller body (330), a driving arm (340), a shaft (350), and a solenoid body (360).
본 발명은 창문 또는 문에 쉽게 탈부착이 가능하며, 모터에 인가되는 전력을 통해 구동암을 회전시켜 창문 또는 문을 개폐할 수 있으며, 솔레노이드 샤프트의 이동거리를 조절하여 구동암이 상승하는 높이를 조절할 수 있어 구동암과 창문(또는 문) 사이의 거리 조절이 가능하여 밀착력을 극대화한 상태에서 개폐가 이루어지도록 하는 미닫이형 창호 자동 개폐장치를 개시한다.
