ASSEMBLY TYPE GUARD RAIL
The present invention relates to an assembly-type, rail-mounting guard rail which facilitates guard rail construction and replacement work by inserting a horizontal rail which is installed between support pillars into a fixing pipe. The assembly-type, rail-mounting guard rail comprises: a support pillar (10); and a horizontal rail (20) fixed and supported on the support pillar (10). A fixing pipe (30) is fixed and installed on the support pillar (10) by a mounting bolt (50) to support an end portion of the horizontal rail (20). Two fixing pipes (30) form a pair and are connected and installed. A rubber packing (40) formed from an elastic material is disposed between the two fixing pipes (30). Uneven protrusions (21) protrude on the inner circumferential surface of the horizontal rail (20) at a plurality of locations. Fitting recesses (31) are formed on the outer surface of the fixing pipes (30) corresponding to the uneven protrusions (21).
본 발명은 조립식 레일 체결형 난간에 관한 것으로서, 지주 사이에 설치되는 수평레일의 체결작업이 고정파이프에 끼움결합 형태의 조립식으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 난간의 시공 및 교체작업이 보다 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 지면에 수직방향으로 고정 설치되는 지주(10)와, 상기 지주(10)에 고정 지지되는 수평레일(20)로 구성되는 난간에 있어서, 상기 지주(10)에는 수평레일(20)의 단부가 삽입 지지되어질 수 있도록 고정파이프(30)가 체결볼트(50)에 의해 고정 설치되어지되, 상기 고정파이프(30)는 2개가 쌍을 이루어 연결 설치되며; 상기 2개의 고정파이프(30) 사이에는 탄력성 재질의 고무패킹(40)이 삽입 구비되고; 상기 수평레일(20)의 내주면에는 복수의 개소에 요철돌기(21)가 돌출 구비되며; 상기 요철돌기(21)와 대응되는 고정파이프(30)의 외벽면에는 안착홈(31)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
