The present invention relates to a sandwich panel for a building material. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the sandwich panel for a building material capable of reinforcing strength, improving thermal and sound insulation, and having excellent fire resistance, such that it can be used not only for a ceiling material, a partition, or an interior and an exterior material of a generally prefabricated building, but also for a material forming a dry room required for low humidity environment. The sandwich panel for a building material comprises: a partition member; left and right lateral wall members whose each one end is equipped to be fixated to one end and the other end of the partition member; a compressive strength reinforcement member equipped to reinforce a compressive strength by fixating one end to one surface of the partition member; a heat insulating member equipped as one end is fixated to the other surface of the partition member; upper and lower lateral wall members equipped to protect the compressive strength reinforcement member and the heat insulating member as each of both ends is supported by the upper end and the lower end of the left and right lateral wall members; a front plate equipped to allow a sandwich panel for a building material to form a front as a bent part is fixated to the left and right lateral wall members and the upper and lower lateral wall members while both ends and the upper and lower ends are formed as a bent plate to block and protect the compressive strength reinforcement member; and a rear plate equipped to allow the sandwich panel for a building material to form the front as a bent part, fixated to the left and right lateral wall members and the upper and lower lateral wall members while both ends and the upper and lower ends are formed as a bent plate to block and protect the heat insulating member.
본 발명은 건축자재용 샌드위치 판넬에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 강도를 보강하면서도 단열 및 방음효과 그리고 화재로부터 안전하여 일반 조립식 건축물의 내외장재나 칸막이 또는 천장재로 사용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 특히 저습도 환경이 필요로 하는 드라이 룸(DRY ROOM)을 형성하기 위한 자재로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것에 있으며, 이러한 목적은 격판부재와, 상기 격판부재의 일단과 타단에 각 일단이 고정가능하게 구비되는 좌,우측 측벽부재와, 상기 격판부재의 일면에 일단이 고정되어 압축강도를 보강가능하게 구비되는 압축강도 보강부재와, 상기 격판부재의 타면에 일단이 고정되어 구비되는 단열부재와, 상기 좌,우측 측벽부재의 상단과 하단에 각 양단이 지지되어 압축강도보강부재와 단열부재를 보호가능하도록 구비되는 상,하부측 측벽부재와, 상기 압축강도 보강부재를 막음시켜 보호가능하게 양단 및 상,하단은 절곡된 판상으로 형성되되, 절곡된 부분은 좌,우측 측벽부재 및 상,하부측 측벽부재에 고정되는 것에 의해 건축자재용 샌드위치 판넬이 전면을 형성할 수 있도록 구비되는 전면판과, 상기 단열부재를 막음시켜 보호가능하게 양단 및 상,하단은 절곡된 판상으로 형성되되, 절곡된 부분은 좌,우측 측벽부재의 배면 및 상,하부측 측벽부재에 고정되는 것에 의해 건축자재용 샌드위치 판넬이 전면을 형성할 수 있도록 구비되는 배면판
