The present invention relates to an insulation material fixing device for apartment houses to firmly fixate an insulation material installed in a wall; and the insulation material fixing device comprising: an insulation material (30) which includes a wire accommodation groove (33) formed on a corner formed by one side junction face (31) and a rear face (32), a fastener accommodation groove formed on a corner formed by an other side junction face (34) and the rear face (32), and a wire withdrawal groove (36) formed to penetrate forwards and backwards from the wire accommodation groove (33); a wire (40) which includes a wall face fixing portion (41) fixated to the wall (20) by a fastener (60), rear face extension portions (42a, 42b) bent from the wall face fixing portion (41) in a ″T″ shape, withdrawal portions (43a, 43b) drawn forward through the wire withdrawal groove (36), front face extension portions (44a, 44b) bent linearly from the end portions of the withdrawal portions (43a, 43b), a pair of guide portions (45, 46) bent from the front face extension portions (44a, 44b) in one direction in parallel, and a connection portion (47) which connects the end portions of the guide portions (45, 46); and a latch (50) which includes a latch plate (51) coming in close contact with the front faces of two insulation materials (30) to be laid across a junction line (L1), slide coupling portions (52, 53) formed in parallel on an upper and a lower portion of the latch plate (51), and an elastic lock piece (54) locked to the connection portion (47).
본 발명은 벽체에 설치되는 단열재를 견고하게 고정할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 단열재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 일측접합면(31)과 후면(32)이 만나는 모서리에 형성되는 와이어수납홈(33)과, 타측접합면(34)과 후면(32)이 만나는 모서리에 형성되는 파스너수납홈(35)과, 와이어수납홈(33)으로부터 전후방으로 관통되게 형성되는 와이어인출홈(36)을 갖는 단열재(30); 파스너(60)에 의해 벽체(20)에 고정되는 벽면고정부(41)와, 벽면고정부(41)로부터 "T"자 모양으로 절곡되는 후면연장부(42a)(42b)와, 와이어인출홈(36)을 통해 전방으로 인출되는 인출부(43a)(43b)와, 인출부(43a)(43b)의 단부에 일직선으로 절곡되는 전면연장부(44a)(44b)와, 전면연장부(44a)(44b)로부터 한쪽 방향으로 평행하게 절곡되는 한 쌍의 안내부(45)(46)와, 안내부(45)(46)의 단부를 연결하는 연결부(47)를 갖는 와이어(40); 및 접합라인(L1)을 가로질러서 두 단열재(30)의 앞면(36)에 걸치는 형태로 밀착되는 빗장판(51)과, 빗장판(51)의 상하부에 평행하게 형성되는 슬라이드결합부(52)(53)와, 연결부(47)에 걸리는 탄성걸림편(54)을 갖는 래치(50)를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to an insulation material fixing device for apartment houses to firmly fixate an insulation material installed in a wall; and the insulation material fixing device comprising: an insulation material (30) which includes a wire accommodation groove (33) formed on a corner formed by one side junction face (31) and a rear face (32), a fastener accommodation groove formed on a corner formed by an other side junction face (34) and the rear face (32), and a wire withdrawal groove (36) formed to penetrate forwards and backwards from the wire accommodation groove (33); a wire (40) which includes a wall face fixing portion (41) fixated to the wall (20) by a fastener (60), rear face extension portions (42a, 42b) bent from the wall face fixing portion (41) in a ″T″ shape, withdrawal portions (43a, 43b) drawn forward through the wire withdrawal groove (36), front face extension portions (44a, 44b) bent linearly from the end portions of the withdrawal portions (43a, 43b), a pair of guide portions (45, 46) bent from the front face extension portions (44a, 44b) in one direction in parallel, and a connection portion (47) which connects the end portions of the guide portions (45, 46); and a latch (50) which includes a latch plate (51) coming in close contact with the front faces of two insulation materials (30) to be laid across a junction line (L1), slide coupling portions (52, 53) formed in parallel on an upper and a lower portion of the latch plate (51), and an elastic lock piece (54) locked to the connection portion (47).
