The present invention relates to a bulge suppressing type elastic support wherein a guide rod is inserted, and is to provide a bulge suppressing type elastic support wherein a guide rod is inserted, which can prevent rotation and lifting phenomena by negative reaction. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the elastic support installed between a lower structure and an upper structure of a bridge comprises: a lower mounting plate attached to the lower structure; an upper mounting plate attached to the upper structure; an elastic body installed to be interposed between the lower mounting plate and the upper mounting plate; and a guide rod controlling a moving direction of the elastic support.
