The present invention relates to a reversing movable weir to allow a floodgate to be stood upright by a small force during an early stage using a plurality of rotatable supports placed in a front side of the floodgate at regular intervals when the floodgate of a reversing movable weir is being reversed or stood upright. In addition to this, the reversing movable weir allows a plurality of two-stage rotatable supports to stably bear a load applied to the floodgate by water pressure when the floodgate stands upright to close a watercourse.
