The present invention relates to the structure of an upper-floor window in an apartment house. The present invention includes first and second window glass shutters and a door shutter, which have an opening section, a fall-preventing net, a cold-shielding screen and a light-shielding screen connected thereto, outside a window glass and a balcony door in a balcony region to be able to convert into an opening mode, a fall-preventing mode, a cold-shielding mode and a light-shielding mode during the opening of the balcony door or depending on input into an input part. In the fall-preventing mode, a fall accident can be prevented completely by the fall-preventing net. In the opening mode, an external scene is not blocked by eliminating elements for blocking a view outside a balcony window through the opening section. In the cold-shielding mode, energy loss can be reduced by preventing outer cold air from being in contact with the balcony window using the cold-shielding screen. In the light-shielding mode, a movie can be enjoyed in an atmosphere like a movie theater by shielding light using the light-shielding screen. Not only a fall accident can be prevented but also various types of living convenience can be provided to residents, e.g., residents can sleep comfortably in the case of having to sleep in the daytime due to work.
