The present invention relates to a draft blocking device installed on the rail of a window frame. The draft blocking device comprises: the main body part formed in the lengthwise direction of the rail to be attached to the rail installed on a window frame; a frame part forming an installation space with one surface opened and installed on the main body part to be able to be attached and detached and to be able to move in the height direction of the main body part; a first blocking part installed in the installation space extending from the installation space toward a window to prevent a separation space, which is a space formed by the window, the window frame and the rail, from intercommunicating with the inner space of a building; and a second blocking part installed on the frame part to face the main body part with the installation space therebetween. The first blocking part includes: a base part inserted into the installation space and having a first hole and a second hole formed thereon; a hair part bent toward the second hole after passing the first hole and installed on the base part by passing the second hole; a compressing part compressed and formed on the upper surface of the base part to fix the hair part to the base part; and a third blocking part installed on the base part alongside the hair part. Accordingly, provides is a draft blocking device installed on the rail of a window frame, wherein the inner space of a building can be insulated effectively by preventing the separation space, which is a space formed by the window, the window frame and the rail, from intercommunicating with the inner space of the building.
