The present invention relates to an insulating deck having a spacer block, wherein a deck is composed of a bottom plate of a metallic steel plate and a truss girder. A lower end surface is combined with a bottom plate, and an upper end surface is combined with the truss girder to separate the truss girder from the bottom plate by a certain distance such that the bottom plate can be removed after pouring and curing concrete. The present invention comprises: a truss girder arranged on the bottom plate, including a lower chord and an upper chord to bear a tension and a compression load; a spacer block to support the truss girder upwards, separating the lower chord of the truss girder by a certain height from a bottom, and supporting the lower chord of the truss girder; an insulating material included on the lower part of the spacer block; and a bottom plate fixated to the lower part of the insulating material. According to the present invention, the spacer block and the bottom plate are combined with each other to allow an electrical flow via a metallic conductor, and an electrode is connected to the bottom plate to enable welding by electric resistance between the spacer block and the lower chord; thereby facilitating construction, and reducing a construction time.
