In a semi-integral abutment bridge, provided are a girder having an end diaphragm which simply connects and constructs an abutment end floor beam and an end of the girder, and sufficiently secures synthetic performance; and a semi-integral abutment bridge construction method using the same. The steel girder having the end diaphragm has a diaphragm steel girder formed to be extended in a cross section, same as a steel girder cross section; and the end diaphragm composed of a concrete portion composed with the diaphragm steel girder on an end of the steel girder.
