FURNACE SCAFFOLDING AND HOISTING SYSTEM PLATFORM SUPPORT SYSTEM

The present invention relates to a platform-supported furnace scaffolding and hoisting system capable of improving structural stability as an entire load is concentrated on a large steel beam on a furnace scaffolding system. According to the present invention, the platform-supported furnace scaffolding and the hoisting system is formed by a platform method to support a pendant scaffolding system while an entire load is concentrated on a heavy girder having excellent structural stability. Also, the present invention enables installation of the scaffolding system on a zero stage among the stages; enables several workers to simultaneously and stably inspect and repair a furnace; and reduces the installation period and costs of the scaffolding system. The platform-supported furnace scaffolding and hoisting system comprises: a heavy girder, a hydraulic hoisting device, a plate-shaped loop tube, a hoisting wire, a platform with an upper and lower support truss structure, a nose part coupling system, and a pendent furnace scaffolding system.
