Disclosed is a fire screen-shutter device. A first connector (30) connecting a plurality of winding drums (10) to each other and transmitting a rotating force of a motor driving body (20) to the plurality of winding drums (10) is composed of a first bevel gear (31) and a second bevel gear (32) engaged orthogonal to each other. A column frame body (F) includes a guide body (50) supporting a screen shutter (40) when the screen shutter (40) moves upwards or downwards, and a blocking body (70) blocking an internal space of the column frame body (F) by being widened; thereafter being gathered when a shutter bar (60) moves upwards or downwards to prevent harmful gas or smoke flowing in or out of the column frame body (F).
