DOOR OPENNING AND CLOSING APPARATUS OF DISH WASHER
A door opening and closing apparatus of a dish washer according to the present invention comprises: a latch plate fixed on one side of a main body of a dish washer; a latch housing which is fixed on one side of a door adjacent to the latch plate, and wherein an internal space thereof is partitioned into two sides by a partition plate and a guide hole corresponding to the latch plate is formed on one side of the two sides; a motor installed on an outside of one part of the latch housing to transfer unidirectional power; a gear bundle supported on the one side of the internal space of the latch housing to be geared with a rotational shaft of the motor to rotate; a push bar which rotates by rotation of the gear bundle to move forward and backward, and whose one end protrudes to the outside through the guide hole of the latch housing to push a surface of the latch plate and open the door by a fixed amount when moving forward, and returns to an original position when moving backward; and a link assembly which is elastically supported on the other side of the internal space of the latch housing and restrained by the latch plate, and rotates to be released from the latch plate according to the rotation of the gear bundle or manual opening of the door. Accordingly, an operation unit to open the door by the fixed amount and a locking unit to lock the door are formed in a single-body module. Therefore assembling can be improved, and application to various product groups can be realized.
