The present invention is to provide a mortar grout compaction grouting system and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, in the mortar grout compaction grouting system and a construction method thereof, provided are a horizontal direction radially induced injection method of mortar grout and a vertical direction constant velocity upward increase equally distributing injection method, which are carried out together, so as to enable a pillar-shaped improvement body to be built to be formed to be a equal and standardized shape with uniform quality from a lower end to an upper end of a predetermined depth range in each position which is the ground to be objected.
