According to the present invention, a coupler comprises: a coupler body connecting end parts of a deformed bar to each other; two screw racks symmetrically installed to a left side and a right side of the coupler body; a middle support inserted into a center portion of the coupler body; and two end covers blocking both sides of the coupler body. According to the one-touch steel bar coupler, the present invention is easily and simply installed, and the deformed bar and the coupler are not separated due to a strong coupling force, and the present invention cleanly performs a finish and easily extends the steel bar.
