The present invention relates to a form mechanism to install a road boundary stone, comprising: a main body (20) having a connection groove (25) for an extension of a panel (21); a support unit (30) adhering to an outer surface of the panel (21), and to the ground to maintain a position and spacing of the panel (21); and an adjustment unit (40) installed in the support unit (30) to vary a height and position of the panel (21) corresponding to the ground. As such, the present invention allows fast, accurate, and safe installation of a road boundary stone and a gutter by linking boundary stone supports, which are stably connected together in series, with a self-standing form.
