The present invention relates to an electric roll blind of a new structure preventing a driving motor or a controller from being damaged due to static electricity generated when the blind is wound or unwound. According to the present invention, the electric roll blind has a conductive layer (21) formed on an inner surface of a cap (20), and a support ring body (30) of a conductive material coupled to enable an end part of the winding roll (B) to be rotated to the cap (20). Therefore, the end part of the winding roll (b) is electrically connected to a case main body (10) which is a conductor through the support ring body (30) and the conductive layer (21). Therefore, the present invention effectively prevents the driving motor (C) or the controller from being damaged by the static electricity generated when the blind is wound up or unwound down since the static electricity is discharged in the air to be removed after the static electricity generated when the blind is wound up or unwound down by rotating the winding roll (b) forward and backward is discharged to the case main body (10) through the support ring body (30) and the conductive layer (21).
