UNIT INSULATION PRODUCT FOR BLOCKING THERMAL BRIDGE
The present invention relates to a thermal bridge preventing device capable of preventing an air pin effect of a balcony slab by forming a separate insulating material to continue an insulating material installed inside or outside of the wall in a boundary joining unit of a concrete slab and an outer wall and obtaining structural stability with respect to a repeat load and a high load. A desirable embodiment of the present invention is composed of the insulating material with first bodies formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape, including recess grooves on both surfaces in a width direction, and formed at a constant interval in a longitudinal direction, and made of a fiber-reinforced concrete, a second body formed into a shape identical to the first bodies between the first bodies and made of an insulating material, a third body formed to be integrated with the second body or separated and made of an insulating material, and fireproof plates joined to the top surface and the underside of the first and second bodies; a tension module composed of tension rebars penetrating through the top surfaces first bodies to project both ends and made of stainless steel and mounting rebars connected to both ends of the tension rebars; a compressive module composed of compressive rebars penetrating through the first bodies in a width direction to project both ends and made of stainless steel and mounting rebars connected to both ends of the compressive rebars; and shear rebars penetrating through the internal parts of the first bodies and joined to connect the upper and lower parts to the tension and compressive modules respectively.
