The present invention relates to a high-efficiency dry-type road cleaning vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the high-efficiency dry-type road cleaning vehicle capable of cleaning various kinds of wastes and being used for four seasons by smoothly cleaning regardless of a kind or a condition of the wastes sucked with air. To achieve the same, the present invention provides the high-efficiency dry-type road cleaning vehicle including a vehicle with a storage container; a sucking device installed in the lower side of the vehicle, connected to the storage container, and sucking the wastes on a road to the inside of the storage container (110); a sucking fan installed in the vehicle or the storage container and generating a sucking force to suck the wastes using the sucking device; and a filtering device separating the wastes received inside the storage container by the sucking device from air and storing the separated waste inside the storage container. The present invention includes a chain filter characterized by including a first filtering chamber formed inside the storage container to receive air sent to the inside of the storage container by the sucking device preferentially and multiple chains compose of multiple connected rings, hung from the ceiling of the filtering chamber, separating the wastes sent to the filtering chamber from air by being hung from the first filtering chamber to have a structure separated from each other.
