A door hinge capable of adjusting an opening angle of the present invention comprises: a door hinge plate (10) fixated to a door; a cylindrical lower cam rotating while being joined to the door hinge plate (10), and vertically penetrated to be hollow; a cylindrical upper cam (30) positioned on a top of a lower cam (20), and moved upwards and downwards while being in contact with the lower cam (20) by the lower cam (20) when the door rotates; an upper rod joined to the upper cam (30), installed to be extended longitudinally downwards by penetrating through the lower cam (20), and interlocked with the upward and downward movement of the upper cam (30); a first piston (50) joined to the upper part of the upper rod (40) and moved upwards and downwards; a gas cylinder (60) maintaining a constant pressure of the first piston (50) through the upward and downward movement of the first piston (50) to move the upper rod (40) connected to the first piston (50) at a constant pressure, and maintaining the opening angle of the rotated door when the rotation of the door stops; a cylindrical body (70) receiving the lower cam (20), the upper cam (30), the upper rod (40), the first piston (50), and the gas cylinder (60); and a window frame hinge plate (80) fixated to the cylindrical body (70) and the window frame.
