The present invention relates to a sound absorbent device having a finishing function which has a purpose of finishing an inside of a building, absorbing sounds. According to the present invention, the sound absorbent device having a finishing function comprises: a base part; finishing parts installed in one side of the base part to be separated; and a sound absorbent part installed in an other side of the base part being symmetric with the finishing part on both sides of the base part, absorbing noise entering through a space formed between the finishing part and the base part.
