The present invention relates to a window frame to install a window in a building. According to the present invention, a window frame of a building comprises: a window frame unit wherein a window is installed; a frame partitioned on a lower side of the window frame unit forming a vegetation environment; a vegetation box installed in an outdoor side of the vegetation unit to be able to rotate, and forming the vegetation environment; and an inner cover installed in a part of the frame in correspondence to the vegetation unit to close an indoor side of the vegetation unit, and formed into a transparent body to enable a user in an indoor space to see the vegetation through the inner cover. The vegetation box includes: a supporting box unit positioned on the lower side of the vegetation unit wherein a plant is planted to form the vegetation environment, or a pot is placed; a rotary shaft protruding from both ends of the supporting box unit, fixating the vegetation box to the frame to be able to rotate; and an outer cover unit installed in an outdoor side of the supporting box unit to close an outdoor side of the vegetation unit, and formed into a transparent body to receive light. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of providing an environmentally friendly residential environment by enabling the vegetation of plants.
