CONCRETE EXPANSION JOINTS ARE DRINKING USING THE SAME COMPOSITION AND CONCRETE EXPANSION JOINTS REPAIR METHOD
The present invention relates to a joint composition for expansion joints of a concrete construction with excellent elasticity and durability, and a method for repairing expansion joints of a concrete construction using the same. The joint composition comprises: 5-95 wt% of a performance enhancing polymer admixture; and 5-95 wt% of a filler. The performance enhancing polymer admixture consists of: 40-98 wt% of polyurethane-acrylate; 1-30 wt% of acrylonitrile butadiene; 0.1-25 wt% of polyol; 0.1-25 wt% of methyl methacrylate-styrene; 0.1-20 wt% of silicon; 0.1-20 wt% of methyl methacrylate-butadiene; 0.01-15 wt% of polypyromellitamide; 0.01-5 wt% of dibutyltin diacetate; and 0.01-5 wt% of triphenylstibine. According to the present invention, the joint composition is excellent in tensile strength and ratio of expansion and contraction, thereby preventing the length of a concrete construction from minutely changing according to a change of ambient temperature by being expanded and shrunk by heat. In addition, the present invention prevents the penetration of rain or foreign matter through integrative behavior with a bridge or a concrete construction, thus minimizes the occurrence of damage to the expansion joints.
