FLOORING FOR PREVENTING INTERFLOOR NOISE, AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a flooring material capable of preventing floor noise and a constructing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the flooring material (100) for a multi-unit dwelling includes a sound-absorption pole layer (110) and a finish mortar layer (120). The sound-absorption pole layer (110) is placed on the surface of a concrete slab (10), forming a floor of the multi-unit dwelling and composed of foam resin grains, an aggregate powder, a viscosity increasing agent, and water. The finish mortar layer (120) is placed on the surface of the sound-absorption pole layer (110). The flooring material according to the present invention includes the sound-absorption pole layer containing light materials, insulating materials, and elastic aggregate powder with sound-absorbing ability, thereby remarkably reducing floor noise if the flooring material is used for the floor of a multi-unit dwelling. In addition, the flooring material according to the present invention is capable of preventing the sound-absorption pole layer from becoming hard like cement and maintaining a predetermined strength of elasticity by adding a latex resin or an acrylic resin to the sound-absorption pole layer. Consequentially, an effect of reducing floor noise is remarkably increased. In addition, the flooring material according to the present invention is capable of reducing construction cost as the soundproof plate and foam concrete layer of existing flooring materials can be omitted. In addition, the constructing method of the flooring material according to the present invention forms the sound-absorption pole layer using a mixture wherein specific components are mixed at a specific ratio, thereby constructing the flooring material on the surface of a target object in a simpler manner than the existing constructing methods. Consequentially, the ease of construction is remarkably improved.
