The present invention relates to a simple tent for sleep to enable users to take sleep in the outdoors, in a lounge, or in a room. The simple tent for sleep enables users to lie down in a comfortable position and to take sleep, allows smooth ventilation to prevent users from feeling stuffy while sleeping, and can be used in the outdoors, in dormitories shared by many people, and in dwellings. To achieve this, the simple tent for sleep comprises: a plurality of poles in a cabin type to make up a framework, wherein the poles are engaged with to a holder to be assembled; a tent fabric for covering the outside of the poles, wherein an entrance is provided in one side and a screen is provided around the lower edge; and a ventilation pipe attached to both upper sides of the tent fabric for the ventilation between indoor and outdoor air.
