CONCRETE STRUCTURE DEMOLITION METHOD WITH FOAM
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a concrete structure demolition method using foam capable of destructing a concrete structure while preventing dust from being spread by spraying foam into a dust formation point when a concrete structure is destructed. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the concrete structure demolition method using foam comprises: a step (S I) for installing a scaffold around a structure to be destructed, installing a pulley in the upper end of the scaffold, and installing non-woven fabric for generation of static electricity in the pulley; a step (S II) for installing a foam spraying means including a spraying nozzle whose spray direction can be freely controlled in the fixed position of the structure, and made of a structure in the entirely circular or rectangular form in the scaffold; a step (S III) of forming a foam film by spraying an alkaline chemical aqueous solution containing an anionic surfactant in the form of foam into the structure to be destructed by using the foam spraying means; and a step (S IV) of destructing the structure to be destructed by using unmanned equipment with a sensor inside the foam film.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물 해체시에 분진발생지점에 거품을 분사하여 분진의 확산을 방지하면서 콘크리트 구조물을 해체하도록 한 거품을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 해체장치 및 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 거품을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 해체방법은 해체 대상구조물의 주변에 비계를 설치하고, 상기 비계의 상단에 도르래를 설치하고, 상기 도르래에 정전기 발생용 부직포를 설치하는 단계(S Ⅰ); 상기 비계에 전체적으로 원형 또는 사각형 형태의 구조체로 이루어지고, 상기 구조체의 소정의 위치에 분사방향을 각각 자유롭게 제어할 수 있는 분사노즐이 형성된 거품분사수단을 설치하는 단계(S Ⅱ); 상기 거품분사수단을 이용하여 음이온 계면활성제를 포함한 알칼리성 약액수용액을 해체 대상물구조물에 거품형태로 분사하여 거품막을 형성하는 단계(S Ⅲ); 상기 거품막 내에서 센서가 구비된 무인기기를 이용하여 해체 대상구조물을 해체하는 단계(S Ⅳ)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
