ROOF SHEET FORMING EQUIPMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL BUILDINGS
The present invention relates to a roof plate forming equipment for buildings, comprising: a first processing device for forming peaks and valleys on a continuously supplied plate (P) to make the plate into a first roof forming material; and a second processing device for forming a stepped portion on the first roof forming material to make the first roof forming material into a second roof forming material and subsequently cutting the second roof forming material into a predetermined size of a roof plate. The second processing device comprises: a clamping part including a lower clamping die for supporting the bottom of the first roof forming material, and an upper clamping die placed above the lower clamping die around the first roof forming material to pressurize the top of the first roof forming material in order to clamp the first roof forming material with the lower clamping die; and a stepped portion processing part including a cushion die placed at a distance from the front side of the lower clamping die in the traveling direction of the first roof forming material to support the bottom of the first roof forming material with the lower clamping die and to be elevated for the predetermined stepped length of the first roof forming material, and a press die placed above the cushion die around the first roof forming material to pressurize the first roof forming material and to form a stepped portion on the first roof forming material in order to make the first roof forming material into the second roof forming material.
본 발명은 연속적으로 공급되는 판재(P)에 골과 산을 형성하여 1차 지붕성형재로 가공하는 1차 가공장치와; 상기 1차 지붕성형재에 단차부를 형성하여 2차 지붕성형재로 가공하고, 이어서 2차 지붕성형재를 설정 크기로 절단하여 지붕판재로 가공하는 2차 가공장치;를 포함하되, 상기 2차 가공장치는 상기 1차 지붕성형재의 하부를 받침하기 위한 하부클램핑 금형과, 상기 1차 지붕성형재를 사이에 두고 상기 하부클램핑 금형의 상부에 위치되어 1차 지붕성형재의 상부를 가압하여 하부클램핑 금형과 함께 1차 지붕성형재를 클램핑하기 위한 상부클램핑 금형으로 이루어진 클램핑부와; 상기 1차 지붕성형재의 진행방향으로 상기 하부클램핑 금형의 전방에 간격을 두고 설치되며, 상기 하부클램핑 금형과 함께 1차 지붕성형재의 하부를 받침하되, 1차 지붕성형재의 설정 단차길이 만큼 승강되는 쿠션금형과, 상기 1차 지붕성형재를 사이에 두고 상기 쿠션금형의 상부에 위치되어 1차 지붕성형재를 가압하여 1차 지붕성형재에 단차를 형성함으로써 2차 지붕성형재로 가공하는 프레스 금형으로 이루어진 단차가공부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 지붕판재 성형장치에 관한 것이다.
