The present invention relates to a hinge device for a container door of a truck. The hinge device to connect a door to a container to be rotated such that an opened surface of the container for a truck can be opened and closed by the door comprises: a fixed frame fixated on the opened surface of the container; a rotating frame having one end connected to the fixed frame to be rotated in a state where the door is fixated on an other end; an angle adjustment member arranged in one end of a rotating spot of the rotating frame, having fastening holes radially formed; a locking member arranged on the fixed frame to be lifted and locked on or unlocked from the fastening holes; and an elastic member providing an elastic force to the locking members. The present invention prevents the door from being forcibly rotated by wind or the angle of the ground by restricting a rotational angle of the door of the container for a truck with the locking member; thereby preventing damage to close vehicles or accidents to pedestrians due to a forcible rotation. Also, the present invention improves fastening force by doubly preventing the door from being forcibly rotated by the fastening holes on which the locking member is fastened and fastening protrusions.
본 발명은 탑차 적재함 도어용 힌지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 탑차 적재함의 개방면이 도어에 의해 개폐될 수 있도록 상기 도어를 상기 적재함에 회전 가능하게 연결하는 힌지 장치에 있어서, 상기 적재함의 개방면에 고정되는 고정 프레임; 상기 도어가 일단에 고정된 상태로 타단이 상기 고정 프레임에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 회전 프레임; 상기 회전 프레임의 회전 지점 일단에 구비되어 결속홀이 방사상으로 형성되는 각도조절부재; 상기 고정 프레임에 승강 가능하게 구비되어 상기 결속홀에 록킹 또는 록킹 해제되는 록킹부재; 및 상기 록킹부재에 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 탑차 적재함의 도어 회전 각도를 록킹부재를 통해 제한함으로써 바람이나 지면의 각도에 의해 도어가 강제로 회전되는 것을 방지하므로 강제 회전에 따라 이웃한 차량을 손상시키거나 보행자 사고를 방지할 수 있으며, 록킹부재가 결속되는 결속홀과 함께 결속돌기에 의해 도어가 강제로 회전되는 것을 이중으로 방지하여 결속력을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a hinge device for a container door of a truck. 본 발명은 탑차 적재함 도어용 힌지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 탑차 적재함의 개방면이 도어에 의해 개폐될 수 있도록 상기 도어를 상기 적재함에 회전 가능하게 연결하는 힌지 장치에 있어서, 상기 적재함의 개방면에 고정되는 고정 프레임; 상기 도어가 일단에 고정된 상태로 타단이 상기 고정 프레임에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 회전 프레임; 상기 회전 프레임의 회전 지점 일단에 구비되어 결속홀이 방사상으로 형성되는 각도조절부재; 상기 고정 프레임에 승강 가능하게 구비되어 상기 결속홀에 록킹 또는 록킹 해제되는 록킹부재; 및 상기 록킹부재에 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 탑차 적재함의 도어 회전 각도를 록킹부재를 통해 제한함으로써 바람이나 지면의 각도에 의해 도어가 강제로 회전되는 것을 방지하므로 강제 회전에 따라 이웃한 차량을 손상시키거나 보행자 사고를 방지할 수 있으며, 록킹부재가 결속되는 결속홀과 함께 결속돌기에 의해 도어가 강제로 회전되는 것을 이중으로 방지하여 결속력을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
