BUCKLING-RESTRAINED BRAKET FOR BRACE PLATES
The present invention relates to a buckling-prevention bracket for reinforcing a brace plate capable of preventing buckling in a brace plate by reinforcing the brace plate for fixing a brace for reinforcing a steel-frame structure consisting of steel-frame columns and beams. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a buckling-prevention bracket capable of combining a brace with a steel-frame structure consisting of steel-frame columns and beams comprises: a vertical plate in the form of a plate wherein combining holes are drilled at regular intervals and combined with a beam by a bolt; a fixing plate in the form of a plate having predetermined length and thickness; and a combining plate combined with the upper part of the vertical plate to form a certain angle. Moreover, the buckling-prevention bracket comprises: a horizontal plate wherein through holes are drilled at regular intervals; a vertical plate vertically formed in one end of the horizontal plate; a reinforcing rib combined to connect the vertical plate and the horizontal plate in the form of a plate having predetermined length and thickness; and an integral behavior guide in the form of a cylinder whose inside is empty by forming a hollow, and combined by being inserted into the through hole of the horizontal plate to form the upper end part at the height the same as the upper surface of the horizontal plate, and to allow the lower end part to be protruding toward the lower part of the horizontal plate. As the integral behavior guide is located to pass through the through hole of the fixing plate, the integral behavior guide is located in and combined with one side or both sides of the vertical plate of the brace plate, and the integral behavior guide is combined with a beam and a brace plate at the same time by a bolt.
본 발명은 철골 기둥과 보로 이루어지는 철골구조물을 보강하는 가새를 고정하는 가새 플레이트를 보강하여 가새 플레이트에서 좌굴이 일어나지 않도록 하는 가새 플레이트 보강용 좌굴방지 브라켓에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예는 가새를 철골 기둥과 보로 이루어지는 철골구조물에 결합하도록, 판형상으로 일정간격으로 결합공이 통공되어 보에 볼트로 결합되는 수직판과, 일정 길이와 두께를 갖는 판형상으로 고정판과 일정각도를 이루도록 수직판의 상부에 결합되는 결합판으로 형성되는 좌굴방지 브라켓에 있어서, 일정간격으로 관통공이 천공되는 수평판과; 수평판의 일단에서 수직으로 형성되는 수직판과; 일정 길이와 두께를 갖는 판형상으로 수직판과 수평판을 연결하도록 결합되는 보강리브; 중공이 형성되어 내부가 비어있는 원기둥 형상으로, 상단부가 수평판의 상부면과 동일높이에 형성되고 하단부가 수평판의 하부로 돌출되도록 수평판의 관통공에 끼워져 결합되는 일체거동 가이드;로 형성되어, 일체거동 가이드가 고정판의 결합공을 관통하도록 위치시켜 가새 플레이트의 수직판의 일측 또는 양측에 위치하여 결합하되, 볼트로 보 및 가새 플레이트와 동시에 결합되도록 구성된다.
