INSULATING EXTERIOR DOOR
The present invention relates to an insulated exterior door. As a door leaf joined to inner and outer frames and including a round vertical frame having an end wherein a rail type insulating material is fitted is adopted so that the rail type insulating materials fitted in the round vertical frame is in contact with a hollow elastic insulating material fitted into a round protruding member of a door post while the door leaf is closed by being in contact with a middle door post, and the hollow elastic insulating material fitted into each of the round protruding member and an inner member of the door post is always in contact with the outer circumference of the round vertical frame. Accordingly, the present invention is smoothly operated. Especially, the present invention obtains excellent durability as a degradation phenomenon due to the deformation and friction of an elastomer is reduced. In addition, the present invention obtains excellent insulating properties, windproof properties, condensation resistance, soundproof properties, and shielding properties, forms beautiful appearance, and selectively applies multiple surface ornaments even though the structure is lighter and simpler. Accordingly, the present invention is effectively applied to an exterior door for a detached house, an apartment, or an office or a public building, or a factory office and the like.
본 발명은 단열 현관문에 관한 것으로서, 외측 및 내측 프레임 부재에 결합되며 단부에 레일형 단열재가 끼워져 있는 라운드형 수직 프레임을 포함하는 문짝 구조를 채택하고 있어, 문짝이 중간 문주에 접촉하여 닫힌 상태에서 라운드형 수직 프레임에 끼워진 레일형 단열재가 문주의 라운드형 돌출 부재에 끼워진 중공형 탄성단열재와 접촉함과 아울러, 문주의 라운드형 돌출 부재와 내측 부재에 각각 끼워지는 중공형 탄성단열재가 언제나 라운드형 수직 프레임의 외주면과 접촉 상태를 유지하므로, 원활한 작동성을 지니며, 특히 엘라스토머의 변형 마찰에 의한 열화 현상이 저감되어 보다 우수한 내구성을 가짐과 아울러, 보다 경량성이고 단순한 구조를 가지면서도, 우수한 단열성, 방풍성, 결로 방지성, 차음성 및, 차폐성을 가지며, 외관이 미려할 뿐만 아니라, 선택적으로 여러 표면 장식 구조를 부여할 수가 있으므로, 단독주택이나 아파트, 또는 사무실이나 공공건물, 또는 공장 사무실 등의 현관문으로 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an insulated exterior door. 본 발명은 단열 현관문에 관한 것으로서, 외측 및 내측 프레임 부재에 결합되며 단부에 레일형 단열재가 끼워져 있는 라운드형 수직 프레임을 포함하는 문짝 구조를 채택하고 있어, 문짝이 중간 문주에 접촉하여 닫힌 상태에서 라운드형 수직 프레임에 끼워진 레일형 단열재가 문주의 라운드형 돌출 부재에 끼워진 중공형 탄성단열재와 접촉함과 아울러, 문주의 라운드형 돌출 부재와 내측 부재에 각각 끼워지는 중공형 탄성단열재가 언제나 라운드형 수직 프레임의 외주면과 접촉 상태를 유지하므로, 원활한 작동성을 지니며, 특히 엘라스토머의 변형 마찰에 의한 열화 현상이 저감되어 보다 우수한 내구성을 가짐과 아울러, 보다 경량성이고 단순한 구조를 가지면서도, 우수한 단열성, 방풍성, 결로 방지성, 차음성 및, 차폐성을 가지며, 외관이 미려할 뿐만 아니라, 선택적으로 여러 표면 장식 구조를 부여할 수가 있으므로, 단독주택이나 아파트, 또는 사무실이나 공공건물, 또는 공장 사무실 등의 현관문으로 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다.
