The present invention relates to a clamp for assembling a fence. According to the present invention, the clamp for assembling a fence comprises: a clamp body of which both end parts have U shapes facing each other and having a first hinge protrusion and a second hinge protrusion protruding outward from each end part and spaced from each other in a width direction; a pair of first clamping members hinged with the first hinge protrusion on one side of each end part of the clamp body and having a trapezoid shape of which one side is open; a pair of second clamping members hinged with the second hinge protrusion on the other side of each end part of the clamp body and having the trapezoid shape of which one side is open and formed to face each other in the width direction of the first clamping member and the clamp body; and a pair of elastic springs of which both end parts are connected to the first clamping member and the second clamping member facing each other to pressurize the first clamping member and the second clamping member.
