SOUND INSULATING ELEMENT HAVING AN ELASTIC MATERIAL
A soundproof insulation material is provided between an inner plate portion and the outer plate portion of a railway vehicle to absorb sound and remove dust, comprising: an inner plate unit; an outer plate unit; and an elastic unit. The inner plate unit is fixated to the inner plate portion. The outer plate unit is fixated to the outer plate portion. The elastic unit is disposed between the inner plate unit and the outer plate unit to enable the inner plate unit and the outer plate unit to closely be attached to the inner plate portion and the outer plate portion, respectively.
차음단열부재는 철도차량의 내판부와 외판부의 사이에 구비되어 흡음 및 제진 기능을 수행하며, 내판유닛, 외판유닛 및 탄성유닛을 포함한다. 상기 내판유닛은 상기 내판부에 고정된다. 상기 외판유닛은 상기 외판부에 고정된다. 상기 탄성유닛은 상기 내판유닛 및 상기 외판유닛의 사이에 배치되어, 상기 내판유닛 및 상기 외판유닛을 각각 상기 내판부와 상기 외판부로 밀착시킨다.
