THE ADHESION OF THE GROUT WITH INCREASED GROUND ANCHOR
The present invention relates to a ground anchor with increased adhesion with grout, which increases adhesion between a mounting material and grout inside a drilling hole to advantageously secure an anchor force, more specifically, wherein a mounting material is always placed in the center of the drilling hole, and grouting is stably performed as a space with a floor of the drilling hole is secured. The present invention comprises: an inner member wherein a wing increasing adhesion is integrally formed; a mounting hole coupled to a mounting hole insertion groove in a front end of the inner member; and an external diameter control ring wherein a plurality of sealing material insertion grooves and two coupling protrusions are formed. A coupling groove of the external diameter control ring which is divided into two is wound by a band or a tape to be fixated.
본 발명은 천공홀 내에서 정착체와 그라우트와의 부착력을 증대시켜 앵커력 확보가 유리하도록 하는 그라우트와의 부착력이 증대된 그라운드 앵커에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 정착체가 천공홀 내에서 중심에 위치할 수 있도록 내하체 중심을 기점으로 양쪽 두 곳에 각이 넓어지는 형태의 부착력 증대 날개를 형성하고 내하체의 후미에 나사산을 형성하여 정착구와 체결할 수 있도록 함으로써, 정착체 길이가 연장된 기본적인 상태에서도 그라우트가 정착체에 고르게 분포하므로 부착력을 증대시키며, 내하체의 부착력 증대 날개에 외경조절링을 체결할 수 있도록 체결홈을 형성하여 변화된 천공경에 맞게 조절하여 체결할 수 있으므로 항상 정착체는 천공홀의 중심에 위치하게 되고, 선단부에 연결된 내하체에 의해 슬라임이 쌓인 천공홀 바닥과의 공간이 확보되어 안정적인 그라우팅이 이루어지도록 하는 것이다. 이는 선단에 정착구 삽입홈이 형성하고 후미 내면에 나사산을 형성하며, 외주면 양측에 한쪽으로 각이 넓어지는 경사각을 가지면서 외면에 다수 개의 인장재 삽입홈에 경사면의 표면에 걸림턱이 형성된 외경조절링 결합홈이 일정 간격으로 형성된 부착력 증대 날개가 일체로 형성된 내하체와; 상기 내하체의 선단에 정착구 삽입홈에 체결되며 내부에 강연선을 물고 있는 웨찌가 내장된 정착구와; 상기 부착력 증대 날개의 외경조절링 결합홈에 설치되며 2개로 분할된 반원 형태이며 외주면에 ㄷ자 체결홈과 표면에 다수 개의 인장재 삽입홈 및 내면에 서로 대칭이면서 2개의 결합돌기가 형성된 외경조절링과; 상기 2개로 분할된 외경조절링의 체결홈에 밴드나 테이프로 감아 고정하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
