WINDOW/DOOR SYSTEM HAVING SPRING APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING ROD LENGTH
The present invention relates to a window and door system wherein a spring for adjusting the rod length of a lock device is mounted and capable of preventing a door frame or a handle from being damaged by the operation of the spring mounted on a rod even when the lock device operation handle is rotated in the state in which a variable door is not fixated in the window and door system to fixate a door on the upper and lower frames by turning a handle of the variable door where the lock device is mounted. The window and door system where the spring for adjusting the rod length of the lock device is mounted according to the present invention comprises: a main body which accommodates a pair of operating pieces where a pinion located on the center and a lock which is located on both sides of the pinion and is interlocked with the pinion and is operated, and is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape where one side is opened; a cover which is fastened to cover one opened side of the main body; a pair of rods where one end is combined to each end of the operating pieces and the other end is moved to the upper and lower sides of a frame of a door; and a length adjusting unit to adjust the length of the rod which is moved by the expansion of the spring. The door is fixated since the rod is protruded to the upper and lower sides of the frame and is inserted into a hole formed on the upper and lower door frames as the handle mounted on the frame of the door is turned. If the leading end of the rod is in contact with the door frame surface, the spring is compressed and makes the length of the rod shorter. Therefore, the present invention prevents the door frame surface from being scratched by the leading end of the rod.
본 발명은 락장치가 장착된 가변문의 핸들을 돌려 상부문틀과 하부문틀에 문을 고정시키도록 된 창호장치에서, 가변문이 고정되지 않은 상태에서 락장치 작동 핸들을 회전시키더라도 로드(rod)에 장착된 스프링이 작동하여 문틀 또는 핸들이 손상되거나 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 락장치의 로드 길이 가변용 스프링이 장착된 창호장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 락장치의 로드 길이 가변용 스프링이 장착된 창호장치의 락장치는, 중앙부분에 위치하는 피니언과 피니언의 양측에 각각 위치하면서 서로 치합하여 작동하는 래크가 형성된 한쌍의 작동편이 수납되며, 일측이 개구된 직육면체 형상의 본체: 본체의 개구된 일면을 덮도록 체결되는 뚜껑; 일단이 작동편의 단부에 각각 결합되고, 타단이 문의 프레임 상부와 하부로 각각 출몰하게 되는 한쌍의 로드; 스프링의 신축에 의해 출몰하게 되는 로드의 길이를 조절해 줄 수 있는 길이조절부를 포함하여 구성되어, 문의 프레임에 장착된 핸들을 돌려줌에 따라 로드가 프레임의 상부와 하부로 각각 돌출되면서 상부문틀과 하부문틀에 형성된 구멍에 삽입되어 문이 고정되고, 로드의 선단이 문틀 표면에 접촉되면 스프링이 압축되면서 로드의 길이를 짧게 하여 로드의 선단에 의해 문틀 표면이 긁히는 것을 방지해 주도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
