MASONRY WALL REINFORCEMENT DEVICE FOR APARTMENT HOUSE
The present invention relates to a masonry wall reinforcement device for an apartment house, allowing an inner wall and a brick to be elastically coupled. The masonry wall reinforcement device comprises: a wire fixing clip (30); a steel wire (40); and a wire spring (50). The wire fixing clip (30) includes: a wall fixed plate (32) installed on the inner wall (20); a pair of elastically locked pieces (34, 35) symmetrically formed on a right side and on a left side of the wall fixing plate (32); and vertical long holes (34h and 36h) formed on the elastically locked pieces (34, 36), respectively. The steel wire (40) is installed along the upper jointed part and lower jointed part of the brick (22) in a left/right longitudinal direction. The wire spring (50) comprises: a pair of brick coupling parts (51a, 51b), a steel wire locked part (52), a pair of grips (53a, 53b); and a pair of hooks (54a, 54b). The brick coupling parts (51a, 51b) bent with a U-shape are inserted and locked into a brick hole (24) of the brick (22) in a state where the brick coupling parts are spaced from each other. The steel wire locking part (52) is formed on upper ends of front sides of the brick coupling parts (51a, 51b) to have a U-shape allowing the steel wire (40) to be locked. The grips (53a, 53b) are formed on upper ends of rear sides of the brick coupling parts (51a, 51b) and have arrow-shapes bent toward the inner wall (20) to be symmetrical to each other. The hooks (54a, 54b) are formed on ends of the grips (53, 53b), respectively, and are bent to have an L-shape locked into the vertical long holes (34h, 36h). According to the present invention, the brick can be firmly fixated to the inner wall.
본 발명은 내부벽체와 조적벽돌을 탄성에 의해 결합할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 벽돌 조적벽체 보강장치에 관한 것으로, 내부벽체(20)에 설치되는 벽면고정판(32)과, 벽면고정판(32)의 좌우측에 대칭되게 형성되는 한 쌍의 탄성걸림편(34)(36)과, 탄성걸림편(34)(36)에 각각 형성되는 수직장공(34h)(36h)을 갖는 와이어고정클립(30); 조적벽돌(22)의 상하접합부위를 따라 좌우길이방향으로 설치되는 강선(40); 서로 이격된 채 조적벽돌(22)의 벽돌구멍(24)으로 삽입되어 걸리는 "U"자 모양으로 절곡된 한 쌍의 벽돌결합부(51a)(51b)와, 강선(40)을 걸기 위해 벽돌결합부(51a)(51b)의 전방측 상단에 "U"자 모양으로 형성되는 강선걸림부(52)와, 벽돌결합부(51a)(51b) 후방측 상단에서 내부벽체(20)를 향해 활모양으로 절곡된 서로 대칭을 이루는 한 쌍의 손잡이(53a)(53b)와, 손잡이(53a)(53b)의 양단에 형성되어 수직장공(34h)(36h)에 걸리는 "L"자 모양으로 절곡된 한 쌍의 후크(54a)(54b)를 갖는 와이어스프링(50)을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a masonry wall reinforcement device for an apartment house, allowing an inner wall and a brick to be elastically coupled. The masonry wall reinforcement device comprises: a wire fixing clip (30); a steel wire (40); and a wire spring (50). The wire fixing clip (30) includes: a wall fixed plate (32) installed on the inner wall (20); a pair of elastically locked pieces (34, 35) symmetrically formed on a right side and on a left side of the wall fixing plate (32); and vertical long holes (34h and 36h) formed on the elastically locked pieces (34, 36), respectively. The steel wire (40) is installed along the upper jointed part and lower jointed part of the brick (22) in a left/right longitudinal direction. The wire spring (50) comprises: a pair of brick coupling parts (51a, 51b), a steel wire locked part (52), a pair of grips (53a, 53b); and a pair of hooks (54a, 54b). The brick coupling parts (51a, 51b) bent with a U-shape are inserted and locked into a brick hole (24) of the brick (22) in a state where the brick coupling parts are spaced from each other. The steel wire locking part (52) is formed on upper ends of front sides of the brick coupling parts (51a, 51b) to have a U-shape allowing the steel wire (40) to be locked. The grips (53a, 53b) are formed on upper ends of rear sides of the brick coupling parts (51a, 51b) and have arrow-shapes bent toward the inner wall (20) to be symmetrical to each other. The hooks (54a, 54b) are formed on ends of the grips (53, 53b), respectively, and are bent to have an L-shape locked into the vertical long holes (34h, 36h). According to the present invention, the brick can be firmly fixated to the inner wall.
