ROOFTOP WATERPROOF METHOD USING WATERPROOF-TAPE
The present invention provides a rooftop waterproof method using a waterproof tape, comprising: a first step of continuously arranging a plurality of floor sheets; a second step of attaching the waterproof tape to an upper surface of a part where the adjacent floor sheets are in contact with each other; a third step of applying a silica layer where silica and urethane are mixed to the floor sheets and the waterproof tape; a fourth step of applying an urethane applied layer to the silica layer; and a fifth step of applying a top coat to the urethane applied layered. According to the present invention, the adjacent floor sheets can be sealed in a rapid and effective manner. Furthermore, a strength of a joint between the adjacent floor sheets can be improved, thereby preventing a crack of a corresponding part. Moreover, a defect can be prevented from generating on a coupled part between the floor sheets, thereby reducing construction costs.
본 발명에 의한 옥상방수공법은, 옥상바닥에 다수 개의 바닥시트를 연이어 배열하는 제1 단계; 이웃하는 바닥시트가 상호 맞닿는 부위의 상면에 방수테이프를 부착시키는 제2 단계; 규사와 우레탄이 혼합된 규사층을 상기 바닥시트 및 방수테이프 상에 도포하는 제3 단계; 상기 규사층 상에 우레탄도포층을 도포하는 제4 단계; 상기 우레탄도포층 상에 탑코트를 도포하는 제5 단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 옥상방수공법을 이용하면, 이웃하는 바닥시트 사이를 보다 빠르고 효과적으로 실링할 수 있고, 이웃하는 바닥시트 사이의 틈새 강도를 향상시켜 해당부위의 균열을 방지할 수 있으며, 바닥시트 간의 접합부위 하자발생을 방지함으로써 공사비를 절감시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
